Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ever hold our money?
No. Vuzza is non-custodial by design. We never hold client funds or private keys. Fiat stays in regulated accounts at licensed partners; stablecoin settlement runs through Striga's licensed infrastructure. Vuzza is the control and approval layer - not the custodian.
Is this a crypto product?
No. Vuzza is a payment governance and execution platform. Stablecoin settlement is one of several rails we route through when it's the most efficient option for a given payment - SEPA and open banking are used just as often. Your team and your suppliers interact with euros in, euros out. The rail is invisible; you never touch a wallet or a token.
Is this legal in the EU?
Yes. Stablecoin settlement has been legally viable across the EU since MiCA came into full force in July 2024. Our settlement partner Striga holds a VASP licence across 30 EEA countries. Vuzza itself operates as a non-custodial technical service provider, which is why our licensing burden - and yours - stays minimal.
Do our suppliers or our existing bank setup need to change?
No. Your suppliers receive payment in their normal currency exactly as before. Your existing banking and approval processes keep running in parallel - Vuzza activates on a defined subset of payments first, so there's no disruptive migration.
